Annes self catering Business and Holiday Accommodation is set in Newlands in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. There are three self-catering apartments (sleeping 2 to 6 guests) providing comfortable family or up-market accommodation for vacation rentals on large grounds in secure surroundings.

Walk to Newlands Rugby and Cricket Grounds and the Claremont/Cavendish shopping and business centre. Close to train and bus routes. Fifteen minutes by car to Cape Town's Waterfront and CBD.

  • 50% Deposit and Balance 30 days prior to arrival. A booking is regarded as confirmed when your deposit is received.
  • Please bring own beach towels
  • Minimum booking period: 2 nights
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
  • Refund of deposit subject to R300 handling fee and replacement booking.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice
