The Beach House Guest House offers a harmonious blend of décor and architectural style reflecting the tastes of “dictates” of the past, tastefully aligned with comforts of modern day living. The tasteful décor of 9 en-suite bedrooms provide an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

The picturesque views of the Mountain Range guarding the valley of Hout Bay visible from all the rooms makes waking up each morning an awesome experience.

The wooden deck around the pool and upper wooden deck servicing 4 rooms provide perfect spots to bask in the sun. Enjoy a sundowner cocktail on the upper deck, the stage for a perfect romantic opportunity, while watching unforgettable sunsets and views of the bay.

Allocation of rooms dependent on availability and we are unable to accommodate more than two guests per room. Since double or twin beds are available, kindly state your preference.

  • A 50% deposit required to secure booking. Full settlement of account required upon arrival. All major credit card excepted. Cheque or travelers cheques not accepted.
  • All rates quoted in S.A. Rand (ZAR). All rates inclusive of either full English breakfast or Continental breakfast.
  • All Rates inclusive of VAT currently 14% net. Rates do not include TOMSA levy of 1% which will be added on your account upon arrival. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Check In Time: 14h00 and after. Check Out Time: 10h00 or any time before.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit and it is then cancelled for any reason not the responsibility of the guest house the following terms will apply: DAYS AND CHARGES: 30 Days or more no cancellation charge; 14-30 days prior to arrival 60% of stay will be charged; 0-14 days prior to arrival 100% of stay will be charged. DAYS CHARGES LEVIED: no show or 0-2 days prior to arrival 100% of total cost.
