The apartment can sleep maximum 2 adults and 2 children (under 12). The rental unit is attached to the main house, but completely sectioned off for privacy. Guests have their own private entrance on the side of the property, private patio and entertainment area with braai facilities. Parking space is available.

Ideal Blouberg accommodation for families, holidaymakers and corporates, who like to experience a private, yet homely accommodation option in a beautiful setting. Kite-boarders and surfers will enjoy the close proximity to Big Bay, a world-renowned kite-surfing, surfing, SUP destination.

La Paloma borders on the Blaauwberg Nature Conservation area and it is only a short walk to the beach. Eden on The Bay and Seaside Village is also close to La Paloma, offering shopping and dining at popular beachfront restaurants.

Big Bay Blouberg Accommodation

2 rooms - 4 people

The main bedroom consists of a double bed, writing desk, chairs, television with DSTV (all channels), bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note that this Blouberg accommodation offers only semi-self-catering – there is NO kitchen.

The main bedroom leads out onto the garden and swimming pool area. A security pool net can be fitted on pool for families with infants.

The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed and TV. The two rooms share 1 bathroom with a shower, bath, basin and toilet.

Both rooms are equipped with soft furnishings, white linen, offering guests a comfortable yet elegant space to relax in and to enjoy all the beautiful things that Blouberg has to offer.

The apartment unit is serviced every 3rd day during the guests' stay. Additional cleaning can be requested if required. We promise you an authentic, local experience with true South African hospitality at this Big Bay Blouberg accommodation unit.

Conditions

  • Please note: the rates given are for low winter season for 2 persons and for peak December summer holiday season for 2 adults and 2 children. Mid season rates on request. Minimum booking requirements 2 nights, 14 nights during peak season.
  • 50% deposit needed to secure booking, balance by arrangement with management. Full payment needed for bookings of 3 nights and fewer.
  • Refundable breakage deposit charged on arrival.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit the following % of total account: 30 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 29 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • Arrival time 14:00 onwards; departure time not later than 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice.
