  • Please bring own beach towels.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit needed for booking; balance 3 days prior to arrival.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Subject to change without prior notice
