The apartment offers luxury self-catering accommodation for furnished vacation rentals for up to 6 guests, is situated on 3 levels and has lovely beach, sea and harbour views from the balconies, lounge and two of the bedrooms.

The entrance into the apartment is from street level on the 2nd floor with lift access. The ground level has the garage with steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first level. The bedrooms facing the sea have roller blinds that block out noise from the street.

From the first level steps go up to the 2nd floor with the living area: the open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge with enchanting harbour and sea views plus a guest toilet. The 3rd level has a built-in braai / barbecue, a large Jacuzzi and a terrace with beautiful views of Bikini Beach and the quaint old Gordon’s Bay harbour with its yacht moorings and restaurants.
