  • No smoking in apartment.
  • Reservations require 50% immediate deposit; balance of account by arrangement with owners.
  • Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of deposit.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice
