The apartment is the perfect base to explore Cape Town (45 km to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Cable Way, Robben Island, Kirstenbosch, Cape Point). Historic Stellenbosch is 20 km away and Franschoek, Hermanus and Paarl within 2 hours drive. Within 5 km are the Helderberg Nature Reserve, wine estates, large shopping mall and golf courses.

On the Greenways Golf Estate golf enthusiasts can enjoy a 9 hole mashi golf course with club facilities and restaurant. There are also tennis courts, swimming pool and walkways along the beachfront. An excellent 24 hour security system is in place.

Situated on the top floor of a residential home, the apartment offers the highest standard of comfort and luxury.

This Greenways one bedroom apartment has its own private entrance. The spacious Strand self catering accommodation comprises of a balcony, lovely sea views and separate lounge / dining room with fan and satellite TV (DSTV). The kitchenette is fully equipped with hotplate, microwave oven and fridge.

The cosy bedroom has two single beds, fan and radio and the large bathroom comes with shower, bath and two hand basins. Bed linen and towels are supplied. A secure parking bay is available in front of the premises.

  • Strand boasts a heated Olympic size indoor swimming pool, next to the Strand Pavilion on Beach Road, popular for cooler days.
  • Charter cruises leave daily (weather permitting) from Gordon’s Bay.
  • Whale watching is possible on the coastal road from Gordon’s Bay to Rooi Els between June and December each year when Southern Right whales visit False Bay.
