The one bedroom cottage is situated under the beautiful Constantiaberg Mountains which is central to all the popular beaches in Cape Town, South Africa. Built and furnished in 2003, the self catering cottage is positioned on a 2,280 m plot, which has a fantastic garden.

The cottage has a separate entrance and is installed with a remote controlled alarm system. All the fittings, furniture and appliances, are brand new.

A short drive will take you to Table Mountain, prestigious golf courses, V&A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Cape Point, wine routes and our famous beaches.

Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

Barbeque facilities, including garden furniture and umbrellas are available in the secure garden for our lovely Cape Town warm weather.

The one bedroom cottage sleeps four people and has satellite TV, under-floor heating and is serviced twice a week. The lounge offers a sleeper couch for children.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an open plan dining and living area, which opens out onto a private garden.
