Constantia Cottages are located in the heart of the Cape's upmarket, lovely and sought after suburb Constantia, Cape Town, South Africa, amongst the leafy vines of the oldest Winelands in the Cape, in close proximity to many of the celebrated Cape restaurants. It provides easy access to the major highways and only two minutes away from the chic Constantia Village Shopping Centre with its variety of fashionable shops and restaurants. The False Bay Beaches and Golf Courses are an easy 15 minutes drive away and the city of Cape Town no more than 20 minutes.

The well appointed Constantia Cottages are surrounded by an immaculate big private garden. Our guests have access to the beautiful 40 sqm solar-heated swimming pool. The entire property is illuminated by lots of lights during the night and alarmed inside and outside the buildings with beams and sensors. Cameras at the bells show who is in front before opening up. We are connected to a security company (armed response). Secure parking for all cars in double-garages.

The Holiday Cottages have got outside breakfast and entertainment areas. All living rooms and bedrooms have Satellite-TV (English or German Channels) and ADSL-access to internet. Make yourself at home in the comfortable Junior-Suite or the fully equipped Cottages to make your stay an enjoyable one. Privacy, spaciousness, peace and tranquility are the words that best describe the ambience of this save property with alarm system, intercom/video and garages.

COTTAGE CABERNET - Fully under-floor heated double storey cottage with 2 bedrooms upstairs, both en-suite. The master bedroom has King-Size bed, 2nd bedroom Queen-Sizebed and a single bed optional. The bathroom has big shower cabin, basin, corner-bath and toilet. Separate guest-toilet downstairs. The granite-top kitchen downstairs is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped with high-quality appliances (big fridge/freezer, stove, oven, extractor, microwave and sink, washing-machine, tumble-dryer and dish-washer). The dining-area has seating for 4 and a leather corner-lounger in front of the TV. Radio/CD-Player available. This cottage has a patio covered by an awning and its own private garden open to main garden and swimming pool.

COTTAGE CHARDONNAY - Beautiful and cosy one-room apartment in its own small building; offers self-catering accommodation for 2 in a queen-size bed and additional 2 on comfortable sofa bed. The small cottage boasts one room open plan design with bedroom, beautiful under-floor heated bathroom, fully fitted kitchenette, small scullery and lounge/dining room with satellite TV. Private patio with small garden, dining area with BBQ facility, sun loungers and outdoor seating for 4.

JUNIOR SUITE PINOTAGE - Very light, friendly west-facing one room apartment. Spacious built-in wardrobe and sideboard with 54cm colored TV in front of bed. Comfortable sleeper couch with coffee table. Under-floor heating all around. Combined lounge and bedroom with King size bed and pedestals, big wardrobe, 4-seater table and Satellite-TV with DStv English Channels and DeuKom German Channels. Double door opens onto garden. Breakfast facilities with microwave, coffee machine, kettle and small fridge. Bright en-suite bathroom with corner bath incl. hand-shower rail, basin, big shower and toilet. Fluffy towels provided.

  • Rates per unit per night in Rand for maximum 2 persons for 2 nights. Reduced rates available for longer stays.
  • Bookings will be officially confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the whole amount has been paid. The remaining 50% MUST be paid into the Landlord’s account latest two weeks before arrival, after which all renters details will be made available.
  • Cancellation: In the case of the booking being cancelled the following rules apply: Cancellation until 10 days before arrival = 100% of the total rental not refundable. Cancellation until 11 – 30 days before arrival = 50% of the total rental not refundable. Cancellation 31 – 60 days before arrival = 35% of the toral rental not refundable. Earlier than 61 days before arrival = 25% of the total rental not refundable. Refunds at discretion on management and if booking period can be re-booked with other people. In all cases a 20% administration fee of the total rental would be charged and subtracted.
  • Refundable Breakage Deposit: The deposit is due at arrival in cash or with a cash cheque which can be returned when the client leaves as long as there are no complaints.
  • Arrival and Departure: Check-IN: Not before 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-OUT: Latest 11:00 am on the day of departure. In special cases we can work out an individual check in or check out time as far as this is possible for us.
