The kitchen makes preparing delicious meals effortless boasting a coffee maker, modern stove, microwave and fridge-freezer, finished with marble countertops. Hearty breakfasts can be enjoyed around the glass-topped table and chic wooden chairs in the breakfast nook. A separate scullery helps to make short work of dishes with a dishwasher, and laundry is dispatched with minimum effort thanks to the washing machine and tumble dryer that are both conveniently located in a wooden cupboard.

A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings. Balance of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is required for bookings of 4 nights and fewer.

Cancellation: Any booking cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pays 20% cancellation fee. Booking cancel between 90 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the unit. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
