The development comprises of two simplex units of approximately 150 square meters with 1 and a half bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as two duplex units of approximately 250 square meters each with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All units have spacious terraces and infinity pools which seamlessly flow into Barley Bay.

Once inside the units you can really appreciate the time and effort that have been taken to ensure that only the best of every product is used. Solid wooden flooring has been used throughout the living areas. The bathrooms are extravagant with imported marble floor to ceiling finishings. All the finishes have been carried out by master craftsmen, including the fully fitted kitchens, which have electronic drawers and cupboards in all the units.

There is double glazing maximising the privacy, and enhancing the experience of the sublime views and utmost tranquillity in the apartments. The units are fitted with all the mod-cons necessary for modern living, including electric blinds, Miele kitchen appliances and built-in plasma screen televisions. The duplexes are also fitted with automated light, audio and vision systems.

There are two undercover secure parking bays and one store room with each apartment and the building benefits from a UPS solar power system which makes this building green and environmentally friendly. There is excellent security, and each apartment has direct private elevator access.
