By car, you are 5 minutes from the V&A waterfront, 7 minutes to city centre and the N1 and N2 motorways, 10 minutes to Table Mountain and the famous beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay. You are under 25 minutes to the windsurfing beaches at Blaauwberg, to some of the best golf in the Western Cape, and to Cape Town Airport. The wine routes are well under an hour away.

Sea Point itself is a leafy "urban suburb" of Cape Town, located on the Cape Peninsula between Lions Head, Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean. Cosmopolitan and somewhat electric, Sea Point has been the site of a considerable renaissance and building boom in recent years, much of it spawned by Europeans and Americans buying into the area. Despite the facelift in the area, Sea Point still retains the charm that has made it such a popular place to live in and vacation.

The self catering apartments are located less than a 100m from Beach Road and Rocklands Beach. Beach Road runs along the ocean and with its broad pedestrian promenade is great for walking, jogging and people watching. Main Road provides all the necessities of life, such as shops, restaurants, coffee bars, post office, Internet cafes, and much more. Public transport to the V&A Waterfront or to city centre is available from Main Road and Beach Road.

The self catering accommodation offers spacious newly refurbished luxury apartments, a perfect base for the business or holiday traveller.

The apartments have fully fitted kitchens with all amenities including a fridge, oven, stove and microwave oven. There is an open plan lounge and dining room, and an enclosed balcony perfect for enjoying sundowners or a meal with the view of Lion’s Head and Signal Hill.

The 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments have a maximum occupancy of 6 people as there is a comfortable futon sleeper couch in the lounge.

The Studio apartment is open plan and sleeps 2 adults. A Comfortable futon sleeper couch in the lounge allows for a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

The 3 bedroom apartment has a maximum occupancy of 8 people as there is a comfortable futon sleeper couch in the lounge. The Apartment also boasts a very large outside deck.

Please note that there are no elevators and the self catering apartments are located as follows:

Ground Floor: Restaurant and shops.

1st Floor: Apartments 1, 2, 3 & 7.

2nd Floor: Apartments 4, 5, & 6.

  • Please note cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled between current date and 90 days before arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee of total amount. Bookings cancelled less than 90 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to re-let the unit. A 20% cancellation fee of total account will be charged regardless.
