Greenways Golf Estate is a 24-hour secured golf estate with direct access to the sea - no road between the estate and the sea. Entrance to the estate is restricted and tightly controlled with p re-arranged electronic access tags for entrance into the complex. The estate boasts a 9 hole golf course, a number of swimming pools, poolside barbeques and tennis courts which guests have access to. There are also walking paths throughout the estate and it is very safe for children to play.

Strand, a town with a 3 km (±2 miles) long beautiful beach, is a well-visited place and Greenways Golf Estate is an excellent location to start your exploration of this beautiful area, surrounded by a number of superb golf courses. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants along the beachfront in Strand and 10 minutes away is the lovely Somerset Mall, a shopping mall packed with a large variety of great shops, restaurants, cinemas and banks.

This Strand self catering holiday apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Golf Beach apartment complex E and has glass sliding door opening from the lounge onto a patio and the garden.

There are 3 bedrooms with 6 single beds (or twin beds) that can be pushed together (double bed on request) and 2 bathrooms (with bath and 2 showers - main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom), making it ideal for a family or group of friends.

The open plan living area has a 6 seater dining table and lounge area with DSTV, DVD player and HiFi with radio/CD player for your entertainment.

The well equipped kitchen includes cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and hob, iron, ironing board and fridge.

Glass sliding doors open onto a patio with a personal barbeque area (all grids and utensils supplied) and outdoor furniture.

Parking is onsite in front of your apartment in this strictly controlled security complex.

  • Only 20 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport and 30 min drive to Cape Town city centre and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
  • A one hour scenic coastal drive to the well known whale watching town of Hermanus.
  • A great location to start your journey up the Garden Route to places like Mossel Bay, George, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay or short day trips for helicopter flips and boat trips to Robben Island from the V&A Waterfront, trips up the cable car to the top of Table Mountain.
  • Visit the Cape Point Nature Reserve or the beautiful Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, the famous fish and chips shop (Mariners Wharf) at Hout Bay Harbour (45 min). Take a breathtaking drive on our fabulous Chapman’s Peak drive (45 min).
  • Big game fishing and boat trips from Gordon’s Bay (10 min). Visit the Stellenbosch wine route (15min) and all the small surrounding and well-known towns like Somerset West (10 min), Paarl (30 min) and Franschhoek (60 min).

  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 30 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 29 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to re-let the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • 50% deposit needed for booking; balance 2 weeks in advance of arrival
