This lovely apartment is on the ground floor of the security complex, up a few steps from the parking area (see photo). The back of the apartment is on ground level as the complex is built on a slope. There are safe playgrounds for children in the complex.

At this Bloubergstrand self catering accommodation the lounge features leather couches and a flat screen TV for satellite TV / DSTV, DVD and a CD player.

The dining area is next to the modern kitchen which has all the facilities for easy cooking and entertainment – microwave, stove and hob, fridge/freezer, all normal kitchen utensils as well as a washing machine.

The bedrooms come with built-in cupboards, queen size beds in both bedrooms plus a sleeper bed for another person in the second bedroom. The main bedroom is en-suite and the 2 bathrooms have 1 bath and 2 showers. Linen and towels are supplied. There are heaters in all the rooms in the apartment.

An alarm system and a safe have been installed for guests’ security. There are also secure undercover parking and a security controlled entrance.

Daily service is available at an extra cost as well as babysitting on request. For your convenience, various kinds of food delivery services may help to make your stay an enjoyable one.

  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit the following % of total account: 30 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 29 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to re-let the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • Arrival time from 14:00; departure time not later than 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.
