The self catering apartment is large enough for a family of 6 and has various luxury features - like a wrap-around balcony (that can be partially enclosed with foldable blinds) with city views, air-conditioning, a large plasma screen in the living room and one of the bedrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen that enjoys views of Signal Hill. Visitors can enjoy home-cooked meals under the city sky on the private balcony or walk a few blocks away to one of the many top restaurants that South Africa has to offer.

The apartment is tastefully decorated in an afro-chic style that has become so popular with style icons - modern glass and chrome finishings are contrasted with neutral shades and African wooden sculptures made in North Africa. The windows have been double glazed to ensure minimum sound from the adjacent road which has also been considered in the price as a compromise.

The apartment also enjoys the convenience of two underground parking bays - incredibly hard to come by in this area - and 24-hour security for peace of mind.
