Fully equipped with brand new appliances and crockery, the apartment is suitable and ideal for a single person or a couple sharing a double bed.

Service clients will also have use of table and chairs overlooking the ocean at the side of the property, use of the private pool for the other guests can also be organised, braai / barbecue area available, daily cleaning and washing-up service

Recently renovated double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bathroom has Victorian bathtub with hand shower and overhead shower. Tea and coffee making facilities available, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and guests also have use of pool, garden and char service. Rates on request.

  • Minimum booking period: 3 nights
  • Check in from 14:00, departure 10:00
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
  • Down payments for bookings: up to 3 nights, payment of the whole amount; 4 nights or longer, 50% non-refundable down payment, balance to be settled 14 days in advance.
