A modern open-plan living space with Canadian Elm and Oak floors, contemporary furnishings and original artworks – a rare combination of Africa and Asia, personally chosen elements that reflect the love, care and pride that has gone into the refurbishment of one of Green Point’s original homes – a fluid blending of minimalist edges and traditional curves, one that instantly exudes a feeling of warmth and peace.

The house has a large deck with magnificent sea views over the Atlantic Ocean as far as Robben Island.
Main Bedroom (double bed), leading off the entrance passageway, en-suite with a bath and a view, built-in cupboards, plasma screen with DVD and DSTV, Bose sound system, WiFi, open hearth fireplace, Oak floors, wooden and glass door, wooden sash windows, phone and fax.

  • Rates Negotiable according to length of stay (10 nights, 15 Nights, 21 nights and a month).
  • Minimum Stay is 4 nights. Christmas to New Years Minimum Stay is 14 Nights.
  • Conditions: We accept Visa and Master cards.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings.
  • Full payment is needed to secure bookings of 3 days and less.
  • Cancellation policy: A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice.
