Being in Green Point, the V&A Waterfront is a 10 minute walk away. Public transport is readily available on Main Road. Just around the corner is a lovely coffee shop and grocery store. In close walking distance are the Virgin Active Gym, numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. The beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are a short drive away from this Green Point holiday home.

Green Point Self Catering Accommodation / Green Point Holiday House

There are 4 bedrooms in this Green Point holiday house and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with numerous built in cupboards. Wooden Glass doors from each room lead out onto a private balcony.

Three bedrooms are upstairs, 1 King/2 singles, 2 double beds, and 1 x single bed upstairs. The three en-suite bathrooms have 2 with a shower only and one with a bath and shower.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs leading off from the kitchen and has a double bed; small kitchenette with a private garden, the bathroom has a shower only.

The kitchen is open plan leading onto a lovely dining area. There is a large lounge and a small sitting area upstairs.

All utensils, crockery, cutlery, electrical appliances etc. are supplied as well as all linen and towels. Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. Wifi, DSTV.

Parking is in lock-up garage.

Conditions

  • Rates according to 9 persons in low winter and peak November/December/January season. For fewer number of guests and time of year – please enquire. Minimum booking requirements 14 nights during peak December season.
  • 50% deposit needed to secure booking, balance prior to arrival.
  • Arrival time 14:00 onwards; departure time not later than 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.
  • No smoking. No dogs allowed.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice.
  • Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel a booking for your own reasons, cancellation fees will apply. For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental is charged. For bookings cancelled less than 59 days from arrival date or no-show a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental is charged. A refund is at the discretion of the management and their ability to re-let the unit. A cancellation admin fee of 20% of the total rental will be charged regardless.
