The apartment is situated up the hill from Regent Road, which has many restaurants, cafés and shops. Queens beach and the Sea Point Promenade is a 5-minute walk away. The main beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are a 5 minute drive and the City Centre and V&A Waterfront a 10 minute drive.
