The master bedroom is furnished with a large King size bed. Framed by a double volume headboard and made up with crisp white linen, this room is a welcome retreat. The snugness of the space is contrasted by the majestic view of Green Point’s Soccer Stadium as well as a unique perspective of Lions Head, Signal Hill, Table Mountain and Devil's Peak – an incredibly rare find.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings. Balance of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is required for bookings of 4 nights and fewer.
  • Cancellation: Any booking cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pays 20% cancellation fee. Booking cancel between 90 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the unit. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
