Noordhoek is ideally situated half way between the city of Cape Town and Cape Point, making it an ideal base to tour the attractions of Cape Town. It offers a colourful village atmosphere with rustic surroundings, and enjoys more hours of sunlight than anywhere in Cape Town. Notable attractions include Noordhoek long beach – with 8 km of pristine white sand; ideal for surfing, kite surfing or just strolling, and the Silvermin Nature reserve; part of the Table Mountain National Park.

Excellent security measures guarantee peace of mind. Covered carports are situated within the grounds, adjacent to the cottages.

Furnished in African Colonial style with antique furniture and original artworks. A door from the lounge to a covered veranda facing a secluded private garden with BBQ facilities.

Bedrooms sleeps 4 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, Main has King bed; second has ¾ bed and a single bed in the third.
Living area comfortable and spacious lounge with TV, dining table for 4
Kitchen fully equipped open-plan kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Self Catering Cottage 2

4 rooms - 6 people

Furnished in bright beach cottage style. A door from the lounge to a covered veranda facing a secluded private garden with BBQ facilities.

Bedrooms there are 2 double bedrooms – Main has King bed and second twin beds. Fold-out in the living room sleeps 2 persons
Living area spacious lounge with TV, separate dining room with dining table for 6

Bathroom single bathroom, bath with shower, vanity and toilet

Self-Catering Cabanas

2 rooms - 4 people

Suited for romantic couples, Cabanas have a King Size bed with luxury white cotton percale bedding, and en suite shower bathroom. The cabanas have sliding glass doors to a covered deck leading into the garden, with spectacular views of Noordhoek lakes and the pool area.

  • Minimum booking period 2 nights, 7 in peak season.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, guests will forfeit percentage of total account: 22 -90 days before arrival-50%; 0 -21 days before arrival100%; no arrival -100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • 50% Non-refundable deposit needed for booking; balance by arrangement with owners.
  • Full payment required for bookings of 3 days and less.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice.
  • Credit cards accepted.
