Walking through the front door of this self catering Cape Town apartment, the second bedroom (which is a good size) and a shower bathroom is on the left and right. The entrance hall with it quirky "50s" sideboard and "Paris-scene" lamp flows into the living and eating area with its wide angle ocean views. On the way there, a special "cupboard" hides the washing machine and other unsightly but neccessary household equipment.

The colours of this Sea Point holiday apartment complement the beautiful outlook - blues, greens and browns. The aqua coloured custom-built cupboards and splash backs complement the charcoal floor covering and the various tones of brown in the living area.

The custom built high tech kitchen runs along the back wall with a parallel counter housing kitchen utensils and cooking facilities. The large dining table with its retro chairs can be used as an inside / outside seating arrangement when the balcony doors are folded back, as you really feel you are actually sitting outside when this is done. The lounge is a mixture of European / African high quality furniture. Comfortable and stylish.

The main bedroom of the Sea Point holiday apartment opens up onto this area through a large sliding door from which a cunningly designed desk folds out. Ideal for a laptop hooked up to the WIFI. The main bedroom also has lovely sea views when the large custom-built door is open. Privacy for the toilet in the main bedroom is ensured with a sandblasted glass door.

  • Payment: 50% of total rental to secure property. Balance 30 days before arrival. 4% charge for Credit Card transactions. Breakage Deposit to be taken as authorization on credit card. Please complete personal details as well as credit card details on Tenant Information Sheet to be sent to you.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
  • All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.
  • Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 10h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know.
  • Passports: South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!
  • Your deposit is deemed to be acceptance of the said terms and conditions. No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
