  • Minimum booking period: 2 nights.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • 50% deposit needed for booking; balance due 14 days prior to arrival. For short bookings up to 4 nights full payment is required to secure bookings.
