Conditions

• All rates are quoted in South African Rands ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
• Rates include a hearty Colonial & Continental breakfast.
• Rates are subject to change per season (contact us for updated rates).
• To confirm booking a deposit of 50% of the reservation/booking value is required.
• Proof payment of deposit into our bank account must be confirmed by telefaxing a copy of the deposit
• slip with the bank stamp on it or email with copy of deposit as attachment. Until this deposit slip is received,
• the reservation will not be confirmed.
• MasterCard, Visa and bank transfers are accepted.
• Balance of payment of invoice to be on date of departure. Late payment will be charged with 5% interest
• per week.
• Cancellations: Where a reservation or partial reservation is cancelled prior to arrival, the following
• cancellation fees will apply (we will endeavour to resell the rooms, but if unsuccessful. the following
• conditions will apply:
• Cancellation at any time of a complete reservation and up to 56 (fifty six) calendar days prior to the arrival
• date a cancellation fee of 30% of the Total Reservation Value. Cancellation at any time of a complete
• reservation and up to 48(forty eight) calendar days prior to the arrival date a cancellation fee of 40% of the
• Total Reservation Value. Cancellation at any time of a complete reservation and up to 42 (forty two) calendar
• days prior to the arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Reservation Value. Cancellation at any
• time of a complete reservation and up to 28 (twenty eight) calendar days prior to the arrival date will incur a
• cancellation fee of 70% of the Total Reservation Value.
• Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and up to 7 (seven)
• calendar days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 80% (fifty per cent) of the value of
• cancelled part of the Total Reservation Value.
• Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation within 7 (seven) calendar days and up to 48 (forty eight)
• hours prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 90% (seventy five per cent) of the value of
• cancelled part of the Total Reservation Value.
• Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation within 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the arrival date will
• incur a cancellation fee of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the value of cancelled part of the Total
• Reservation Value.
• Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation on or after arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100%
• (one hundred per cent) of the value of the cancelled part of the remaining Reservation Value.
• Cancellation fees will be applied at the discretion of establishment and in any event will only be applied if the
• cancelled accommodation cannot be re-let.
• Cancellation of any reservation must be in writing (email accepted!).
• In the event that a confirmed reservation is amended in respect of the length of stay and/or type ofccommodation and/or services prior to the date of arrival
