Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 30 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 29 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
