Sonwyck is a 10-minute walk from the V & A Waterfront and a 5-minute drive from the Cape Town International Convention Centre as well as Cape Town's CBD with its many historical attractions. The nearest beaches and promenade areas are also within a few minutes drive.
There is reliable public transport available outside the apartment. There are a numerous selection of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, etc., in close proximity. Right outside the front entrance is a great delicatessen.
