Sonwyck is a 10-minute walk from the V & A Waterfront and a 5-minute drive from the Cape Town International Convention Centre as well as Cape Town's CBD with its many historical attractions. The nearest beaches and promenade areas are also within a few minutes drive.

There is reliable public transport available outside the apartment. There are a numerous selection of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, etc., in close proximity. Right outside the front entrance is a great delicatessen, Giovanni's.

Sonwyck 2 is a large newly renovated 1.5 bedroom apartment set in the trendy hub of Green Point Village. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering purposes and can sleep 3 people. The apartment is on the second floor and entry to the apartment is via stairs only.

There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath on the enclosed balcony. There is a DSTV, DVD player and stereo system. The separate bathroom has a large shower. The separate kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances, crockery and cutlery. The living area has a 6-seater dining table, couch and easy chairs.

It is situated at the rear of the block, which makes it cool and quiet. Parking is on street only, safe as long as you don’t leave anything in your car.

  • 50% deposit needed to secure booking, balance prior to arrival. Full payment needed for bookings of 3 nights and fewer. We accept Visa, Amex and Master credit cards. Also bank deposits.
  • Refundable breakage deposit charged by management.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit the following % of total account: 30 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 29 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • Arrival time 14:00 onwards; departure time not later than 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice.
