This Cape Town villa on the Atlantic Seaboard is available all year round. For a carefree Cape Town holiday it is serviced Monday to Friday during low season and daily in high and peak season except for Christmas day and New Year.

The open plan lounge includes a fireplace and leads outdoors to the patio and pool area. There are sea views from the lounge. Floors are wooden. The dining room is open plan to the lounge and kitchen and consists of a 12 seated dining table. Sea views. Floors are wooden.

The TV room includes a plasma television with over 50 satellite channels and a DVD player. Computer facilities, WIFI and ADSL and a private email address. Telephone/fax and HI-FI. Floors are wooden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, open plan to the dining area and lounge with sea views; the floors are wooden and the surface is melamine.

All bedrooms have a CD player, linen is white and consists of 200% cotton, all flooring is wooden. The first 2 main bedrooms have 2 single beds each and are en-suite, with sea and mountain views as well as a patio, TV, DVD player and Air-Con, bathrooms have a separate bath and shower as well as 2 basins, heated towel rail.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds each, bathrooms with shower over the bath and heated towel rails, mountain and sea views. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and heated towel rails, mountain and sea views. Bedrooms 6 and 7 have 2 single beds each, bathroom with shower over the bath and heated towel rails, no views.
