This 3 bedroom timber holiday home has a large wooden deck to the front and side of the house with spectacular sea and mountain views from the balconies, the living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

A unique feature is the stone braai (barbeque) built into the mountain to the side of the house. For lazy, relaxing days against the mountain and in nature a hammock is on hand. There is also a telescope available (on request) for dolphin and whale watching from the house. Satellite TV and internet access available.

This 3 bedroom timber holiday home has a large wooden deck to the front and side of the house with spectacular sea and mountain views from the balconies, the living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

Bedrooms Three double bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite facilities and air-conditioning, all with double beds. The two front bedrooms have unobstructed views of False Bay, The back bedroom has partial view, with a small balcony, All rooms have ceiling fans.
Bathrooms Master bedroom with en-suite (shower, sink and toilet). Family bathroom (freestanding bath, shower, sink and toilet). Washroom downstairs (sink and toilet).
Living Areas Large wooden deck to front and side of the house. Living room with seating area and TV (satellite can be hooked up on request). Dining area with table and seating for six (additional chairs to rear of house). Two ceiling fans, large sliding doors.
Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and electric oven and hob. Breakfast bar with four stools. Washing machine.
Facilities Stone braai (barbeque) built into the mountain to the side of the house. Telescope available on request for dolphin / whale watching. Huge deck with spectacular views of False Bay. Secluded seating area underneath deck. Hammock available! There is also a “dongle” in the house, which needs loading up for use of the internet.
Services Deep clean before arrival. Basic shopping / foodstuffs can be put into house upon request. Full linen and towels available. Cleaning services negotiable for longer term lets (longer than three weeks).
Parking Dedicated parking space in front of house.

Conditions

  • No smoking. No pets.
  • Not safe for very small children (high deck, lots of steps)
  • Not suitable for elderly or wheelchair users (steps)
  • Minimum stay 3 nights. Minimum 10 – 14 nights stay during peak December period.
  • 50% deposit to secure booking.
  • Refundable breakage deposit of R 500 to be paid.
  • Cancellation: 50% fee due if cancelled within 30 to 90 days of arrival. 100% fee due is cancelled within 29 days of arrival or if no-show. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice.
