Conditions

  • Minimum booking period: 2 nights, 10 – 14 nights during December peak season.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 60 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 59 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total account will be charged regardless.
  • 50% deposit needed for booking; balance prior to arrival.
  • Refundable breakage deposit of R1000 charged plus exit cleaning fee of R350.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice.
