  • Minimum booking requirements 5 nights during high season, 14 nights during peak season
  • 50% deposit needed to secure booking, balance prior to arrival. Deposit not refundable.
  • We accept Visa and Master credit cards. Also bank deposits.
  • Refundable breakage deposit charged on arrival.
  • Arrival time 14:00 onwards; departure time not later than 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.
  • Directions to be forwarded on confirmation of booking.
  • No smoking. No dogs allowed. Not suitable for children under 4.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit the following % of total account: 30 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 29 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Refunds at discretion of management and ability to relet the unit. A 20% administration cancellation fee of total rental will be charged regardless.
