It has a beautifully designed gas fireplace and a stunning 8 seater dining table. This flows in one direction to the swimming pool, outdoor terrace and BBQ area, again offering Camps Bay beach and ocean views.

The designer kitchen features a gas stove and all the latest appliances. A breakfast bar sections the kitchen from the comfortable TV lounge with Satellite TV and music system.

The master suite is spectacular and takes up the entire top storey of this Camps Bay accommodation, offering superior Camps Bay ocean, beach and mountain views. It is gloriously air-conditioned with the splendid looking LG top-of-the-line air-con unit. Its open plan bathroom is one of the best in Cape Town. Has of course satellite TV.

Two further en suite bedrooms are found on the ground floor level; both are of good size and have Satellite TV, built-in cupboards and garden views. A further bedroom is found on the same level. This bedroom is large but has very small windows and is not en suite. It has a TV and can accommodate 4 kids in single beds.

Garaging is for two cars, a further two cars can park in the driveway. The villa is serviced on all working days for a carefree Camps Bay holiday.
