Conditions

A maximum of 6 (six) people may occupy the premises at any time.

No extra people may occupy the unit unless arrangements were made prior to arrival date with the friendly staff of the unit. An additional charge will be raised per person per night. Only one extra single bed mattress is available.

A breakage deposit is payable on date of arrival, refundable within 48 hours of date of departure providing that no breakage or damages have occurred.

Holidaymakers are required to vacate the unit before 10:00 am on the date of departure, unless other arrangements were made prior to date of arrival. Holidaymakers are requested to leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition and to report all damages or breakage (if any).

No cleaning services are supplied, unless arrangements were made prior to date of arrival. An additional charge of R250,00 will be payable for this service, excluding any laundry related services, such as washing and ironing.

No pets are allowed in the unit nor elsewhere in the Waves Edge security complex.
