The fully equipped holiday flat has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds. There is an extra mattress with linen available. The bathroom has a bath. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

There is a communal laundry with commercial washing machines and tumble dryers on the second floor of the apartment block. The Welgelegen apartment complex has communal braai / barbecue facilities and a tennis court for guests’ enjoyment. A wide variety of restaurants are within walking distance and you do not have to use your car if you want to do something. A lock-up garage for the safety of your car is provided.
